WHO NEEDS TRAVEL INSURANCE COVERAGE?

ALL TRAVELLING CANADIANS must have medical insurance because Canadian Health Care DOES NOT cover medical care out-of-Canada and very limited coverage out-of-province. Medical service providers, like hospitals and clinics, will recognize our Insurance Providers of Travel Insurance and you will not have to pay thousands of dollars up front and wait till you get back to Canada to get reimbursed. Claims will be paid directly to the provider.

Also, all Travellers coming to Canada needs to have their personal health coverage, as they DO NOT qualify for our medicare. We have great options for insurance plans for Visitors to Canada.

WHAT’S COVERED?

Emergency Medical Insurance is intended to cover emergency health and medical expenses incurred while you are visiting out-of-province or out of your country of residence. The expenses the applicant(s) incur result from an Acute, Sudden and Unexpected Emergency are covered.
